Portability is operated by AI Lead Lab LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. Support, privacy, legal, and rights requests use support@portabilityapp.net. Portability provides in-app Agentic help where the provider capability is active and human email escalation for serious, safety, billing, privacy, or unresolved issues. V1 does not offer telephone support.

Include with a request

• the email associated with the Portability account;
• device and operating-system version;
• a concise description and approximate time of the issue;
• a provider or transaction reference when relevant, but never a password, full payment credential, wallet seed, or private key.

Common requests

• Apple/Google subscription management, purchase verification, restore, refund/revocation, or missing entitlement;
• travel-planning, saved/offline, permission, notification, or accessibility support;
• booking/provider questions and documented cancellation/refund terms;
• Creator, livestream, report/block/mute, safety, moderation, or appeal support;
• referral, commission, KYC/tax, payout, or wallet-link support;
• parent-controlled Kid's Corner review, export, consent, or deletion;
• privacy rights, account export, and account deletion.

Digital memberships and digital purchases billed through Apple or Google are managed through the applicable store. Travel bookings, guides, VIP experiences, merchant offers, and other non-store transactions follow the applicable Portability, merchant, provider, payment, cancellation, and refund terms shown for the transaction. X.com/X Payments is not a Portability payment provider and is distinct from capability-gated Xaman/XRPL functionality. Portability will never ask for a wallet seed/private key or an account password. Features dependent on an unavailable provider or country remain unavailable rather than simulated.
