Portability is for useful, safe travel discovery and genuine human connection. These standards apply to member pages, Creator profiles, chat, livestreams, replays, reviews, uploads, offers, and other user-generated content.
Not allowed
- child sexual exploitation or abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, or content that endangers a child;
- credible threats, incitement, promotion of violence, dangerous conduct, or instructions facilitating serious harm;
- harassment, stalking, bullying, non-consensual sexual content, or disclosure of private information;
- hateful conduct or dehumanizing attacks based on protected characteristics;
- illegal goods/services, fraud, scams, false earnings or travel claims, impersonation, manipulated referrals/commissions/reviews/votes, or misleading promotions;
- infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, music, or other rights;
- spam, malware, phishing, credential or wallet-seed solicitation, platform manipulation, or evasion of safety/moderation controls;
- content that exposes precise live locations or sensitive travel details without authorization;
- unsafe or prohibited financial, wallet, gambling, prediction, or transaction activity;
- any content or behavior prohibited by law, provider rules, or the Portability Terms.
Creator and commercial disclosures
Creators must accurately disclose sponsorships, affiliate relationships, paid endorsements, material benefits, prices, eligibility, limitations, and provider terms. No Creator may guarantee earnings, audience, booking outcomes, investment returns, or asset value.
Safety tools and enforcement
Users can report, block, and mute as applicable. Creators can moderate their live chat. Portability may remove content, stop a livestream, restrict reach, preserve necessary evidence, suspend features, or terminate an account based on severity, pattern, safety, legal obligation, or provider requirement. Emergency and child-safety reports receive priority and may be referred to appropriate authorities or specialist organizations where required.
One appeal is available for eligible moderation decisions through support@portabilityapp.net. Blocking ends the relevant communication but does not alter valid sponsor attribution or private financial ledgers. Ordinary moderation, report, enforcement, and appeal evidence is retained for 24 months after the final decision; a documented legal hold or the seven-year financial period controls only when applicable. UGC and livestream capabilities remain unavailable until designated human moderation responsibility, emergency handling, response and appeal targets, and this evidence-retention schedule are operational and published.
