Portability Children's Privacy Notice

Parent control and consent
Kid's Corner uses a neutral age screen and a verified-parent flow. The parent selects the age band; the child cannot change it. A parent PIN is required for entry/exit, settings, library, creation export, sharing, renaming, favorites, and deletion as implemented. Portability will not activate child personal-information processing until the approved verifiable-parental-consent method is complete.
No production VPC method/provider is selected or configured. Kid's Corner must remain unavailable for child personal-information processing until the exact method/provider, direct notice, consent record, reconsent events, and revocation path are approved and inserted here.
Information and purposes
Child profiles are pseudonymous, private by default, and contain no child contact fields. With verified parent consent, Kid's Corner may process the parent-selected age band; private creation prompts; typed or push-to-talk voice input; parent-selected photo/video input; generated stories, pictures, or videos; parent library choices; favorites; download usage; and privacy-minimized safety/operational events.
This information is used only to provide the parent-requested child experience, generate and deliver private creations through approved child-safe providers, enforce allowances and safety controls, support parent review/export/deletion, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Child sessions do not provide adult navigation, direct purchases, social/Creator/live features, public chat, affiliate functions, provider booking, wallet/crypto, precise location, or behavioral advertising. Raw child PII and precise location are not recorded in child analytics.
Providers and disclosure
Only approved child-safe providers necessary to deliver a parent-requested creation or safety function may receive the minimum needed information. Portability does not sell child profiles or disclose child information for behavioral advertising.
No child-data provider is activated. Apple, Google, Cloudflare, Hostinger, and Supabase may support the surrounding app/store/infrastructure as described in the main Privacy Notice, but they are not represented as an activated child-generation or VPC provider. This section must be updated before any child-data provider is enabled.
Retention and parent rights
Source media and provider payloads are transient and must be deleted after the requested processing. Parent-controlled creations are private by default, remain until the verified parent deletes them, and support immediate deletion. After a verified-parent deletion request, child account and creation data must be removed from active systems within 30 days. Because no production provider is activated, provider deletion timing, backup timing, consent-record retention, safety-evidence exceptions, and parent-verification details must still be approved before activation.
A verified parent may review the child information collected, request export, refuse further collection/use, revoke consent, and request deletion without being forced to disclose more information than reasonably necessary for verification.
